Update: 2021 Ford Bronco Build and Price Update

November 12, 2020
By: The Bronco Nation

Since Build and Price launched for the 2021 Ford Bronco, there have been questions and concerns from the community on what it included, what accessories were missing, and why certain options can be matched and others cannot. Where is the pull-down tailgate table included with the Overland Concept? What’s the story with roof racks on Sasquatched 4-doors?

While we don’t have all the answers to these questions, we have been able to confirm that Build and Price is not in its final form and updates are coming. Esteban Plaza-Jennings, the Ford Bronco brand manager, confirmed to Bronco Nation that accessories that have been confirmed for Bronco but aren’t currently in the Build and Price are still coming and will be added to Bronco Build and Price in a future update.

We do not have a date for when these updates will go live, and we don’t know if Ford will announce the updates or if these updates will be background improvements to the Build and Price that will just appear without prior fanfare. Bronco reservation holders will want to see a comprehensive list prior to placing orders so they can have the best selection of options before committing their cash. As always Bronco Nation will continue to bring you the most up to date and accurate information from Ford as soon as we get it. In the meantime, head over to the Bronco Nation forums and connect with some other Bronco fans while we all wait.

Along with the introduction of the 7-speed manual being offered with the Sasquatch package, Ford has announced that the much-anticipated Bronco build and price tool will go live in October. Bronco fans will then be able to explore options, compare prices, and ultimately create the ideal Bronco for their own off-road adventures. Additionally, reservation holders will be able to save their customized Bronco specification from the build and price tool to use for ordering, which is expected to open in December.

The two and four-door models of the Bronco will be available on the build and price tool and are expected to be delivered in the spring, with orders beginning in December. We don’t yet know the exact date in October to expect the build and price tool, but we will be sure to keep the Bronco Nation updated with any developments.
